Having a problem similar to the guy in this thread:

I cannot get TN to recognize any EDIINT messages. Sender/Receiver/Document Type are recognized fine. Unfortunately the txn stays stuck in the UNMATCHED status without submitting the payload to TN for processing(option is selected). I saw that we had duplicate EDIINT and EDIINT MDN doc types installed(dont know why, any thoughts?) and that might be the problem… I deleted the extra types from the DB and I am still having this issue with the UNMATCHED txns. I havent restarted yet because I dont want to bring the PRD box down for 15 mins if that will not resolve the issue.
Any thoughts on why??
