Unable to find the administrator options

Hello,

I’m evaluating WM API gateway. This may sound silly, I’m unable to find the administrator options under the menu options. I’ve attached screenshot here. I’m pretty sure I had seen a lot more options under the menu options just a day before.

I’ve got no idea what changed, now I’m able to see more options. Has anyone faced this before?
