Template Error

Hello Experts,

While I am creating template by using webUI ,I am getting following error. Could you please take a look into this…Please give suggestions on this.

Hi Laxman,

Could you please provide more details about the use case. We are interested on

  • What version of Windows you’re running target SPM node and does it have the latest fix installed?
  • Are you getting the error on create template operation or on apply template operation?
  • If you are executing apply template operation which template you’re applying ( i.e. some of the defaults or custom template created beforehand by you) ?
  • Are using Software Download Center or image repo?
  • Can you provide the logs from E:\webM97\profiles\SPM\logs ?

The installer output has the following error message at the end:

“The user name or password you entered is invalid”

Most likely webMethods-9.7_xxx repository used to apply the template is not configured with valid Empower credentials.
