Summary
This article describes a business use case where the employees in SAP C4C gets converted to the employees in NetSuite.
Prerequisites

User should have a working webMethods.io Integration tenant.

User should have a working SAP C4C and NetSuite account.
Steps

Login to webMethods.io Integration tenant and create a Workflow.

Drag and drop the SAP C4C connector to the workflow palette.

Double click on the SAP C4C connector icon in the workflow palette to configure the action.

In the action configuration screen, click the + under Select Action to create a custom action.

In the next screen, add an account for SAP C4C by clicking on the + icon and providing necessary details.

Provide a Name for the action, then click Next.

Select Query operation in the next wizard, then click Next.

Select Employee business object in the next screen, then click Next.

Select the necessary fields in the next screen, then click Next.

In the next screen, click Done. And then click Next in the wizard that appears.

Click Next, followed by Done.

Drag and drop Loop to the workflow palette.

Click on the Settings for the Loop to configure the loop. Configure the Loop as shown below.

Click Next, then Done.

Double click on loop, drag and drop Netsuite connector to the workflow palette.

Double click on the Netsuite connector icon in the workflow palette to configure the action.

In the action configuration screen, select createEmployees under Select Action. Click on + icon beside Connect to NetSuite to create account for NetSuite. Provide the necessary details and click Add. Then click Next on the next screen that appears.

Map the required fields from the loop to the createEmployees input as shown below. Then click Next, followed by Done.

The configured loop will appear like below. For each employee in SAP C4C, the same employee will be created in NetSuite upon execution.

Save the workflow and click on the play button to execute it. Check for the result once the execution is complete.
