RossettaNet | PIP3A4 cannot get the reponse

Hi All,

We are using WM8.2.2 to [SIZE=2]implement PIP3A4. We are sending a pip3A4 to our partner by https, and our partner is using wm6.5.

It works fine when we send about 10M file to partner, but when we send about 20M file to partner, the send step keep started status until timeout, and the partner has received the data completely and send ACK to us.

It seems that we cannot get the response from the partner, but we have set our timeout parameter to 3 hours. And it’s enough for it.

The timeout parameter which we sett: watt.net.clientKeepaliveTimeout, watt.server.clientTimeout, watt.net.timeout

Anyone know about that is there anyother configuration?

ps: we send the data to partner by proxy, and we have got the confirmation, the proxy’s timeout parameter is enough for it.

Did you also check what the session timeout in the page below and determine per your environment?

ISAdmin->Settings > Resources

Also did you specify any timeout/loop never ends in the send model step properties ?

Check to see if the acutal problem is with larger payloads processing via http and response back:

And I have set the session timeout for 3 hours, i think it’s enough.

Session timeout will not help in your case.

YES that is the better:
