What product/components do you use and which version/fix level are you on?

I want to start a new free trial. I did it some weeks ago.
What are you trying to achieve? Please describe it in detail.
After logging to my personal space “my cloud”, when I click on “Cumulocity IOT-Start free trial” and I accept terms and conditions, process starts but nothing appears in “Your Software AG Cloud products”.
Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?
I use Cloud version.
