Can not Login in Cumulocity IoT Account

Detailed explanation of the problem:

I have created an account in the software ag, and I successfully logged in to the software ag account but When I try to open my Cumulocity in the software ag profile page,
It doesn’t open

It redirects me to the same page in the below figure:

So how can I open my Cumulocity IoT Portal in the software ag account?

Question related to a free trial, or to a production (customer) instance?

Did you click “Login with Software AG Cloud”? If so what is the error?

Yes, when I click, the page automatically refreshes every time and redirects me to the same page

Just tested it on your env819682 tenant, the redirect worked fine for me. Did this work for you earlier and just stopped? Are you in a different (company-)network now that possibly suppresses redirects? Did you try in a different browser?

Ans. Yes I got that screen But when I enter the credentials it redirects me to the login page of Cumulocity.

Ans . This does not work at all.

3. Are you in a different (company-)network now that possibly suppresses redirects?
Ans. No, I don’t think so.

4. Did you try in a different browser?
Ans. Yes, I’ve tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome browser.

That tenant is suspended in eu-latest.

It was suspended on 1st July.

1 month after it was created. Free trial expired?

Email cc-ops-trial-support@softwareag.com requesting extension and reactivation of tenant.
