how to modify queue in broker

There is a statement in regarding broker “You must lock a queue before you can edit the contents of the queue”. can we view the contents of broker in webMethods?
if yes, how to view it/modify it?

Hi,

viewing is always possible via MWS Messaging UI.

Modifying the Queue requires it to be locked.
This can be done in MWS Messaging UI as well.
