How to add additional licenses to a running ADABAS-D install

Dear forum,

I run an ADABAS-D installation, workgroup edition V 13, on top of a SuSE 9.3 box with 3 licenses.
As it turned out, 3 licenses are not enough, more users like to work with the database simultaniously.
I’m ready to buy more license keys, but I wonder how to insert 3 more licenses. I never ran across a tool which is able to do this.
Did I miss the right command?

Any hint is welcome,
