Extract only new and changed objects

Extract (and Load & Impact) seems to handle all objects in an application rather than only the new and changed ones. Is that true? In that case, is there a way to include only new or changed objects from the Windows directory containing the Natural objects?

In the extract seclection criteria, make sure that the ‘Synchronise Source’ is ON. Then it will only pick up changed or new items.
