Cannot import LDAP user on portal 10.7

Hi,

I’m using API portal 10.7

I’m want import LDAP user from UMC. After configure connection and test connection LDAP connection is valid. When running LDAP import no user found, while in ldap there is already a user.

Hi Suaib,
If connection is successful there should not be issues importing user. You can try few things,

  1. Check what users are available in UMC. Maybe the user is already present.
  2. Try to add few more users in LDAP and try it again.
