MWS LDAP Credentials are not working

Hi ,

After migration from 10.1 to 10.5 , MWS LDAP credentials are not working , i can login but the mws services are not showing … its opening like folder structure format.
But i can login with the Administrator credentials.

Hi Varun,

when logging in with Administrator or SysAdmin credentials, are you able to verify the group/role memberships of your LDAP users?

Additionally you should check the search order for the different directory services as well as the order of the StartPage Rules, Skin Rules and Shell Rules.

During the migration, Have you migrated the MWS database schema using Database component configurator?
