About edi850outbound

hi,

i am currently struck with reading a document and putting into an edi.can anyone of you help me with related samples.or specify,if we have any examples in the webmethods6.1 for outbound.please, do respond me as early as possible.

Shatru,

For parsing EDI document these are the 2 main WmEDI package services that you have to use.

envelopeProcess(Parses EDI Envelope level data)gives EDIValues
convertToValues(Parses EDI transaction set data ie from ST level)gives Values.

Please see the EDIUserguide documentation before using these above services

Using Trading Networks greatly simplifies the amount of work you have to do yourself when processing EDI documents. Would encourage pursuing the use of Trading Networks.
