XML Gateway Java bridge problem

Dear all,
When I open SMH and click “Entirx XML Gateways 7.2.3”, following message
appear:

(ARG2022) Java bridge bad configuration

Is there anyone know the reason and how to solve the problem? thanks.

This message can occur if the Administration Console has an incorrect
value for Java Runtime Library Path. You check this From the Administration Console → System Management Hub → Java Layer.
Check that the value for Java Runtime Library Path is correct. If it is then there is an installation or other problem and the best action is to contact customer support.
