WmprtdispatchHandlePublishedInput failed

Im trying to run ‘handlePublishedInput’ service in my trigger but it gives error Could not run ‘handlePublishedInput’.

com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [PRT.0101.9125] Service wm.prt.dispatch:handlePublishedInput failed

Does anybody know the function of ‘handlePublishedInput’? How do i resolve it?

Okay the service runs fine i wasnt giving the fully qualified name for the trigger. But i still dont know the purpose of this service, couldnt find any documentation. Any ideas?
