WmLogUtil_6-1_Fix1 - could not able to find from advantage

Hi,

Process model for 3B2 is started, But WmMonitor does not show instances

webMethods Closure Summary says like,
WmLogUtil_6-1_Fix1 solved this issue.

I could not able to find this fix (WmLogUtil_6-1_Fix1) from webMethods Advantage site.

Please help to find this Fix.
