Can someone tell me what I need to reload/restart after I change a ws-security policy-file (IS/config/policy/xxx.xml).
Restarting IS seems a bit overkill.

Looks like if we register a Header and then use that to call a Header service and do the same logic (encoding, add header variables etc) that these policy files do then we can skip the restart part with the same functionality but did not have a chance to test it.
