Webmethods Database switch from Oracle to MSSQL

Hi Experts,

Could you please tell us what are steps required for Database migration from Oracle to MSSQL. We have recentaly upgraded our wM from 9.5 to 10.1. The migration is done using cloned DB for the existing Oracle DB. However, we now want to switch to MSSQL DB. The data from Oracle to MSSQL is done. We just want to point our (MWS, IS and ISTN servers) to MSSQL. Can someone please tell me if this requires any special considertions with regard to any configuraton or simply changing the Functional Alias alone would suffice. We faced some issues with MWS migration earlier, some of the users were not migrated when we ran the migration utility for MWS (we also recreated the tablespace for the same). So just want to avoid any mishap due to any missing configuration this time. Do we need any initialization for MWS (mws.sh -s instanceName init). Also, what jar files an drivers do we need for MSSQL.
Old webMethods 9.6
New webMethods 10.1
MSSQL version - Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (SP2) (KB4052908) - 13.0.5026.0 (X64).
Oracle version - 11.2.0.3

Also, can we have some info on jar/drivers setup for 2 different Databases, can we keep both set of jar/drivers or do we need to remove any. Can we create 2 set of Functional aliases (to be used as per the requirement during Test). Just in case we require to switch back and forth? Thanks in advance, your inputs will much appreciated.
