webMethods API Gateway can't access login Server is Uncreachable

Product/components used and version/fix level:

webMethods SoftwareAG on-prem 10.15 API Gateway
OS : Windows 10
Licese : Customer IS License

Detailed explanation of the problem:

Firstly i’ve been install API Gateway via online Installer , and when i was tried to login , something like this ‘Server is Uncreachable’

and when i check to Package Management , its not fully partial .

and when i click PackageName , something like this error :

here’is my error :

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.Exception: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name ‘SnmpCentraSiteSender’ defined in file [C:\SoftwareAG1015\IntegrationServer\instances\default\packages\WmAPIGateway\config\resources\beans\gateway-runtime.xml]: Cannot resolve reference to bean ‘csSnmpTarget’ while setting bean property ‘snmpTarget’; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name ‘csSnmpTarget’ defined in file [C:\SoftwareAG1015\IntegrationServer\instances\default\packages\WmAPIGateway\config\resources\beans\gateway-runtime.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi,

Is your elasticsearch / API datastore running?
Please check, and if its not running, start it and reload the wmAPIGateway package.
