'Web Application Manager' and 'Deployment Manager for J2EE' are disabled

Hi,

I try to install version 9.7 on a new server. But I can’t upgrade the application, because the Web Application manager is grayed out in Designer.
The license key has following information:

Error message is as follows, when I try to start the application in Browser:

Error Number: 5005
Error Message: Not connected to Server (Class not found: )

If the problem persists check your ApplinX Server status and configuration.

The problem is corrected now. The profile of the designer was not correct.
