We’d like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. We value your participation in our community and would never spam you deliberately. We have taken special measures to avoid issues like this in the future.
Please be aware that there are several ways for you to unsubscribe from email notifications or to set your preferences for the types of notifications you would like to receive.

At the bottom of the email click “To unsubscribe from these emails, click here.”
You will see these options:
If you’d like to unsubscribe from the particular topic, select the first checkbox. If you’d like to prevent all email notifications from Tech Community, select the second one. Please make sure you have clicked Unsubscribe in order to save your preferences. -
Visit your account email preferences https://tech.forums.softwareag.com/my/preferences/emails
and update the fields - Email me when I am sent a personal message/Email me when I am quoted…/ When I don’t visit here, send me an email summary of popular topics and replies. -
Visit your account tag preferences https://tech.forums.softwareag.com/my/preferences/tags and select or remove the tags that you would like to Watch (receive an email notification when there is new activity):
You cannot Watch and Track the same tag at the same time - if you have already selected a tag it will not show in the other dropdown.
If you notice that you have stopped receiving notifications for tags/topics you were previously subscribed to, please double-check your account tag preferences https://tech.forums.softwareag.com/my/preferences/tags.
