Unable to view Transaction Details in MWS 9.6

Hi,

While i click on transactions detail button i am getting the below error.
[POP.012.0001.wm_cafshared/hidden] A server error occured. The state of this page may be out of sync with the server.
and cant able to view the detail data for the transactions Displayed.

can you be more specific in your request?

i.e. what is the caption of the tab where is button is located.

Additionally provide us the exact FixLevel of MWS and other UI components hosted on MWS.

Below are the complete details about the issue.

In the transactions tab while is search for the transactions,results are displayed.while clicking on VIEW DETAILS button on the results displayed,

i am getting the Belwo error

I still cannot determine which exact portlet you are referring to.

Can you share a screen shot from your navigation bar at the left side from the MWS UI, please?

Please find the attached screenshot where we are receiving error in MWS.

1.we navigated to the path : Applications>monitoring>Integration>B2B>Transactions

2.when clicking on search button results are displayed.

3.while clicking on view details.error is generated.

Unfortunately I cannot verify this as I currently do not have transactions in my TN (B2B) database.

Are there any log entries in server.log (IS) and/or full.log (MWS) related to this?

This might help narrowing down the issue.
