We are experiencing a strange issue in MWS where group member details disappear after some time. Group Distinguished Name (DN):cn=test,ou=Groups,o=system,o=mws. Please see the attached snippet. Let me know if you have encountered this issue before.
Is there anything in the _full_.log? Please also provide version and fix information.
Can’t really provide any useful information over a UI page. That might even be a browser bug or some visual bug.
@jpmc Users and Group information are stored in Central users schema table. Your IS / MWS must be configured to connect to this schema and db must be available to have these loaded. As @engin_arlak mentioned, check the full log to figure what’s happening behind the scene.
