From when you are encountering this problem i mean any specific changes done to MWS.

I tried to install blaze and other components. after installing them I was not able to login to MWS . I was able to login earlier and define KPI’s and other stuffs in MWs.

Thanks

Let me know, what was the resolution for this issue.

Hi Suresh,

Can you please share the related MWS logs.
Also, please confirm if this is a fresh installation or its observed after any fix installation (need this to narrow down the problem).
