Unable to delete two packages of same name different version

Hi,

I am trying to delete two packages which have been accidently installed on the same IS . I disabled the unused packages but when i try to delete the package from IS Management console it deletes the other package from IS and the older version is present on the IS with message saying error while deleting the package.

If i see inside the package its an empty package doesn’t have anything inside.
