Not Able to open service “recordToDocument” and recordToXMLValues throws error message while opening "
[ITD.0024.0001] Cannot access ‘pub.web:recordToDocument’ without List ACL privileges"
Check the \Config\acllist.cnf for ‘pub.web:recordToDocument’ service, and try setting it to “Administrators” or “Developers”.
However the error message indicates that the service that is being accessed has been deprecated. you should refer to your Integration Server Built-In Services guide to get more information about the same and find out alternative ways.
