Unable to access IS through one of the ports

IS is configured with two ports. Could access IS with one of the ports but unable to access with the other. Tried deleting all the 5 relevant ACL files and restarted the server but still no luck. The scheduled jobs are working fine. Server log suggests IS is processing the services.

Need guidance on possible solutions for this and I appreciate the help in this regard.

What ports are you tring to configure and what is the error you are seeing?

For the port that is not working, check the settings for:
Access Mode, IP Access, Advanced
one of these my be restricted.
