I am trying to install Tamino UDDI Registry 2.0.0.4 for Windows. The default installation has the authentication disabled and following the documentation I should enable it at \bin\configuration.properties file at “pathname of the release directory”. The problem is that there is no “\bin\configuration.properties” file in the pathname of the release directory. Is there another possibility to do this?
Hi Rogerio, unfortunately, the info given in the readme.txt file is incorrect and refers to an older package. The file that has to be edited is the web.xml file in the webapps\TaminoUddiRegisty\WEB-INF folder. Look for the entry com.softwareag.xtools.xuddi.useAuthentication false and set the entry to “true”.
