Prerequisite:

  1. Page 16, http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/ecosystem/documentation/webmethods/wmsuites/wmsuite9-5_sp1/SysReqs_Installation_and_Upgrade/9-5_Installing_webMethods_Products.pdf

  2. Port 8090[http] and or 8091[https] available. [If you are not changing the default ports].

Windows: It installed as service.

under Unix:

under /profiles/CCE/bin:
startup.sh

Should work for Windows Application as well.

The prerequisite is to install and run the platform manager on each installation that you want to control with command center. You can download and install platform manager from the SAG Installer.

For windows, you can start the command central and platform manager from local services. Hope this helps.
