I tried to start the Software AG Runtime service installed on Windows 2012 but it is failing with below exception under SAG/profiles/CTP/logs directory

Please help me find the right installation and logs folder for SAG Runtime.
Also confirm if SAG Runtime is mandatory for running Application Platform project on webMethods Integration Server
