Shut down database - now MGR not collecting data

Last week we shut down our backend DB for some config changes and brought the database back up again with no issues to speak of.

Ever since, we’re not collecting data.

I’ve restarted the manager server component, satellites, and controller numerous times and tried to find any relevant information in log files, etc. But no luck so far. I can still log in and see that things are connected, but when I drill down to an IS and try to look at some of the data I am used to seeing, it just says there’s “No Data”.

I am hoping someone can point out some of the basics of what I can look for while I RTFM and research the Advantage website!? I’d really appreciate the help.
