Reg:Not showing process instances in MWS monitoring

Hello Experts,

I’m not able to see my process instance in MWS monitoring.

Getting following error "Web Service Connection Error. Have a System Administrator verify the Analytic Engine settings at Administration → My webMethods → System Settings "

And In server tab showing like this
“No Analytic Engines have been configured in Central Configuration.”

Can you please suggest on this issue.

Hi Ramanjaneyulum,

select the profile only containing IS config as Default and remove the others as long as your are not planning to use Optimize.

Hi Ramanjaneyulu,

In “Process Instances” Tab select environment “IS Only” in the Server selector in the upper right corner.

Then it should be possible to see instances without having an Optimize Analytic Engine configured.

BTW:

Which wM version are you using?

If I remember right there was some of a known bug like this which should be solved with one of the current fixes.

Thank you for the reply and It is working IS default but why it is not working for BAM and BPM &BAM.
please suggest on this.Currently, I’m using wm9. 12 version.

Hi Ramanjaneyulu,

you will have to configure an Optimize environment and deploy it your engines (Analytic, WS Data Collector).
Restart the engines after the deployment.
