Not process instances in monitoring

Hello Experts,

I’m not able to see my process instance in MWS monitoring.

Getting following error "Web Service Connection Error. Have a System Administrator verify the Analytic Engine settings at Administration → My webMethods → System Settings "

and while defining an environment for the analytical engine getting an error At Map endpoints:
error msg:

"No outbound endpoint specified by “JMS Provider” of the type “JMS” by the logical server “Analytic Engine v9.12.0.0”
No outbound endpoint specified by “MWS” of the type “MWS” by the logical server “Analytic Engine v9.12.0.0”
"

Hi Ram,

please map the MWS Endpoint to the existing MWS instance and map the JMS Endpoint to your Broker or UM instance.
