No Processes Enabled for Analysis

Hi All,

I have a problem with my Analytical Engine, Which is unable to retrieve the processes, which are enabled for analysis.

If you go to Monitoring–>Business–>Process Analytics, i’m not getting the list of processes in "Select a process: " dropdown, instead it is showing as “No Processes Enabled for Analysis”.

I also couldn’t able to open the Monitoring–>Business–>Business Overview Page, it is showing the error as below…

“Error executing search. Have a System Administrator verify the Analytic Engine settings at Administration → My webMethods → System Settings”.

I checked in logs of Analysis home folder, and found in server and error log as below

“OPTIMIZE) [Analytic Engine v7.1.2.0.GlueExceptionInterceptor.UnknownKey] 2009-07-10 14:41:52.57 GMT+05:30 ERROR: Glue SOAP Exception:
<n1:RuntimeException xsi:type=‘n2:TrackingModelRuntimeException’>
Latest version of process external Id [TestProcessKPI/TestKPIRam] returned null.”…

Kindly help me to resolve this, whats this all about.
If optimize is displaying the rule violations in Problems page, then why its behavior is abnormal in the above said pages.

Thanks in advance,
Firoz N

Hi,

I too am facing the same error here.

Did you manage to get a solution to your query posted above?

If not, can somebody else provide some inputs here?

Thanks,
Aishvarya.

[/INDENT]The strange thing is that this problem seems to occur when the AE is restarted and disappears after a few hours …

If you found the solution to your problem, please post it here so that we can find out what’s wrong with this Analytic Engine …

thanks

Have anyone found a solution?

Check if the Analytic Engine if connected from MWS - you can verify this under MWS->System Settings->Servers - server status should be green

Usually you will see the below message

“Error executing search. Have a System Administrator verify the Analytic Engine settings at Administration → My webMethods → System Settings”.

when the analytic engine is not connected to MWS - i.e red.
