Polling service stops working at times

Hi,

Currently we are using 9.12 version . Earlier when we have used 9.5 version, we have seen delay in email polling service.

Same issue we could see in 9.12 version as well. Production mail box is not getting read at times. We are manually bouncing the port. Polling service stops working when we receive big amount of messages at the same time.

Check if there is any fixes released for your version, enable trace logging for further investigation.
