Password reset

My name is Daniela and I work as Product Owner within Vodafone for IOT projects.
One of my colleagues requested access for me for your Cumulocity IOT device management platform and when I tried to reset my password I receive the error message that token has expired.

Can you please resend me the URL for the password reset?

I think you need to contact SAG support or SAG sales team if you do not have access to SAG support system.
