cloud access and reset

Hi Team,

i had created my account on webMethods cloud few months back with the name of ‘rohitgupta’. Now i am trying to access and it’s coming as not available. Now problem is , there is no provisioning of recovering the account or any instructions if cloud name is different associated with e-mail account. Attached is the snapshot.

Was it a free trial account or company paid account/tenant with no restrictions on it?

In any case please reach out to the SAG cloud support team to resolve this kind of valid tenant accessibility issues.
