how long does provisioning take in free trial? I started the process at 11m CET and I still haven’t received credentials.
When I try to recover a password, it says that the account is blocked.

The provisioning will not take time and it happens right after you submit the download form. Check your inbox/spam/junk email for the download links. If you have questions, contact TechnologyCommunity@softwareag.com
Did you register with your work email? If not please register with your work email rather than a personel email.
I did sign up with my work email. I also received two emails

There are no access links nor temporary passwords. The last email refers to this Forum to see for help.
