Not able to access mws because central pool is not configured.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

  • Restart IS and check if its configured correctly. If required restart MWS.

  • Make sure WmMonitor settings are configured correct. (Click on WmMonitor home page from Packages>> Management)

hopefully MWS and IS are sharing the same db schema.

Otherwise Mahesh`s suggestions will only partially help.

MWS should be started at least once before trying to use Central Users Management in IS.
After do the configuration in IS (assigning the correct JDBC-Pool) and restarting the IS the central users management should show “configured”.

If it still does not, please check the server.log of IS from the starting scenario for Messages related to Common or CDS. Report these error messages here for further investigations.
