Hi Experts -

I am having 5 years of experience in EDI working on different technologies in support and vendor onboarding project. Please reply my below points:-

Does it required core java
How would be life if migrate and stick in webMethods
How will be scale pack
How will be openings in india and overeas
In which countries this technologies are most usable.

Regards
Naveen

Does it required core java – Yes 50% or more required unless as it may involve some custom mapping in webMethods and EDI Adapter should take care of it mostly
How would be life if migrate and stick in webMethods – It’s done good in past and now and future its all depends (EDI stream is still legacy)
How will be scale pack --what??
How will be openings in india and overeas → I can say it’s Moderate any where (DOE)
In which countries this technologies are most usable. → Most geographies (U.S,India,Europe/Germany/Netherlands,U.K,Australia,China,Japan,Singapore and more)

HTH,

Does it required core java: → Initially very little, as webMethods TN /IS has out-of-box support for EDI . But, later for complex mapping and processing you need to know java.
How would be life if migrate and stick in webMethods: → webMethods is number 1 on-premises integration tool. Read Gartners/Forrester reports. Search on naukri.com.
How will be scale pack: Package is good [general practice is 1.5-2X years of exp], as it is a niche skill.

HTH.
