MWS 8.2.1 contains a directory service, which is utilized for Central Users and application authentication (ldaps) If MWS 8.2.1 uses JDK 1.7.0_151, and the directory service provider is upgrading to only allow clients utilizing TLS 1.2 , is it possible for MWS 8.2.1 to connect to the directories? (one is Active Directory, the other is OpenLDAP)

Additionally make sure that you the CA (root and intermediates) certificates in your truststore (either cacerts or under MWS/server/default/config/security.
Otherwise you will receive a “building PKIX Path failed” message.
