Upload Microservice

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

There is no microservice option in application upload

To host your own microservices within your subtenant, you need to have the “Feature-microservice-hosting” application subscribed to your tenant.
I guess this application is missing on your tenant.

I guess you could request that from support or your sales contact.
Keep in mind, every microservice instance hosted is probably going to add some monthly costs to your bill.
