I think this cannot be answered in the community. Please create a support incident naming your tenant, instance etc.
Thanks,
Yet to receive response from support.
Just asking, what could be possible reason?
Can be anything:
- microservice archive is not well defined, maybe issues with archive, image.tar or manifest, could not be extracted correctly.
→ What exactly are you uploading? Using microservice SDK? How does you archive look like? - Missing permissions in the tenant
→ Do you have admin permissions with application management admin? - any issue with kubernetes on your instance/tenant
→ When edge or private instance there could be issues with kubernetes - …
Without any details this won’t lead to any solution.
Thanks.
To be precise,
- microservice archive is not well defined, maybe issues with archive, image.tar or manifest, could not be extracted correctly.
→ What exactly are you uploading? Using microservice SDK? How does you archive look like?
Created docker image(as defined in pom.xml), and uploading zip file. - Missing permissions in the tenant
→ Do you have admin permissions with application management admin?
Have admin role assigned and admin role has all permission on the web portal. - any issue with kubernetes on your instance/tenant
→ When edge or private instance there could be issues with kubernetes
Note sure
The permission mentioned here is part of installation or assigning from the web portal? If from web portal, please let us know the path to set/ check the same.
Thanks.
