I am encountering an issue with webMethods Integration Server related to Messaging. Upon accessing the webMethods settings page, I see the following error message:

wm.server.messaging.getConnectionAliasReport
[ISS.0151.0012] The webMethods Messaging subsystem was not initialized. No webMethods Messaging features are available. See server log for more details.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? If additional logs or configuration details are required, please let me know.

The webMethods Messaging subsystem was not initialized. We have developed a new 9.8 server (DEV) and installed IS and broker components. while I am trying to configure the Broker Messaging in IS console below error occured in IS 9.8 Version. Integration Server 9.9 Messaging SubSystem not getting initialized

Hi All, I am trying to restart the IS 9.9 and dispatcher is not getting initialized. I have tried to delete the dispatch.cnf and tried to restart, It is not working. I also tried to use the dispatch.cnf from config/backup yet it is not working. Integration Server: How to persistently change the Administrator password?

Dear experts, whenever I restart my Integration Server, the password of the user Administrator is reset to the default. So far, I used to change the password in the web UI at “Security” → “User Management”, but this doesn’t persist the password in my case. Do I miss some additional steps? I’ve tried all the suggested solutions, but nothing works, I’m still getting the same error.

Solutions tested:

• Copied the dispatch.cnf file from backup/config.
• Shut down Integration Server, deleted IS/db/LWQ_DB folders, then restarted the server.
• dispatch.cnf no -1 values to replace with 0.

Still no luck. Any other ideas?

Then Probably the License for Messaging may not be part of your Installation or Some Product Fix needs needs to be applied for Messaging Component

Perhaps have a look in the Server → Licensing Page and see what Licenses are Allowed
