Installation NSC on a File Server

Hello Fellows,
I would like to install NSC on a File Server but a I’ve got some doubts:

  1. Does Entire Net-Work is prerequisite for install NSC?
  2. Can I start the NSC on a server?, How can I do it?. I already read the NSC installations steps and it says that I can start it on a client PC but How can the NSC installation proccess load the DBA user and SYSSEC library if I haven’t Entire Net-Work installed
