Natural Utility Configuration

Hello Fellows,
I would like to know if some one of can tell me How can I lock the Natural Configuration Utility in an environment without NSC?.
We installed Natural on Server (WIN2003) and each Natural client (WinXP) install the Natural Configuration Utility icon. So, each user can modify the NATPARM.
How can avoid it?. I am not sure to install NSC.

This access will depend on the Windows rights the users have been given. Power users will have full access to the Natural Config files, but users with standard rights might be able to view the Config files but cannot change them.
