Image file for Designer version 10.5

Hi All,

I am looking for image file for Designer version 10.5 but not getting the file. Could anyone please help me to get one.

Hi Nikita,

can you describe in detail where you are failing while trying to download the image?

You need to be registered with empower.softwareag.com for at least Extranet+KB access as well as for the SDC (SoftwareDownloadCenter) section.
From there you can download the installer with which you can download an image.

Thanks for your reply. While requesting for account, we get 2 options column ‘Desired Access Level’ that is Basic empower access and Incident management Portal access.

I am choosing Basic empower access. How will I know if that is having Extranet+KB and SDC section?

Hi Nikita,

Basis Access should be fine as liong as you do not need to open incidents with SAG support.

Download rights can be requested after Basic Access is activated.
