How to obtain SEF file for EDI ver 2040 for Chrysler?

IS_10.5_Core_Fix13, Trading Networks Server 10.5 Fix 11, EDI_9.12_Fix13, EDI_9.12_X12_SEF_Fix1

What are trying to achieve? Please describe in detail.

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

When we receive above 2040CHRY 862 from partner, TN can’t recognize it.

EDI 9.12 only supports 2040CHRY 824. I asked Brainstorm for other document types of 2040CHRY(856, 862), but they said they couldn’t get the SEF file either.
How to obtain the SEF file?
Or is there any way to recognize 2040CHRY documents in TN?

Chrysler’s EDI messages are custom in nature and are a very specific requirement. We normally get our SEF files for various standards from 3rd party vendors who provide the same. We got the X12 002040CHRY 824 SEF file from a customer last time. You have the below options for SEF File creation

1. Prepare by Yourself - Take a SEF file for an existing similar document or message type ex: X12 002040CHRY 824, look at the document standard spec for the other message type for which you want to prepare the SEF file manually or modify it using any of the 3rd party SEF editing tools.

2. Engage 3rd Party Vendors in the market
