Does anyone know…? Is there something special that must be done in order for the GDA to be Extracted by NEE? I wouldn’t think so, and I can’t find anything in the documentation that address this issue – But, the GDA exists (as it should) in the application library, but NEE does NOT extract it, either during the initial extract or by “Extract Missing Objects.” Any thoughts?
If the GDA exists in source form on the application library, or any defined steplibs within NEE, and there is an object that references that GDA e.g. DEFINE DATA GLOBAL USING GDA1 then a standard extract (or extract missing objects) should pick it up. This is assuming that there are no extract selection criteria specified in the preferences.

Is there anything in the EEX file (wkf4) that helps ?

If everything looks ok then I would suggest raising a support issue.
