FTP with AS400

Hi,
I built a service which uploads a file to a FTP server using “put” built-in service and it worked against FTP server installed on a Windows 2000 system. My problem is that against AS400 FTP system I got following error message “[B2BCORE.0064.9011] Command STOR failed”.

I don’t know anything about As400, but system administrator said me to execute “NAMEFMT 1” command to connect to file system, is it related with error I got?

Could somebody helps me? Thak you very much in advance.
